Catholic Patron Saint Of The Family

Six healthy principles St. Hildegard of Bingen

Mystic of Bingen is one of the more fascinating characters Middle Ages. This little known to the public of Christians (and others) has created its own form of health "system". With her teachings can distinguish six basic principles: first

Experiencing a positive nature and using natural healing resources, take energy from the four elements: fire, water, air and earth.
second The eating and drinking to pay attention to the subtlety - and so the useful power available to nature.
third Balance the moments of drug traffic and the rest. Take care of a healthy restraint on the states of tension and relaxation.
4th Ensure the regularity of sleep and activity - regeneration of the nervous system overloaded.
5th Remove impurities and harmful substances from the tissue.
6th Stabilize the spiritual forces of resistance, recognizing faults and replacing them with virtues.

St. Hildegard of Bingen taught that health is an ongoing lifelong process, the search center, search for yourself. It is a rake over questions posed to us by them (life), in order to create harmony with ourselves, our neighbors and the environment.
