How to prevent and cure neurosis

neurosis is only one but often affects different organs. Some people have trouble sleeping, while others are nadpobudliwi and suffer from digestive problems. It is encouraging that in all the cause of neurosis is usually the same, and that is the deficiency of some vitamins and a lack of excessive optimism and life take over everything. In people suffering from this disease usually finds a deficiency of vitamins B1 and B2 in advance so you should take care of their presence in our diet.

The best sources of these vitamins include: nuts, whole wheat bread, cabbage, peas, eggs, fresh fish, vegetables and fruit and honey. Spices, on the one hand increases the absorption of vitamins by the body, improve digestion and on the other.
